Trillium Employment Services is seeking candidates for the position of HR Manager. This is a full-time position.
The HR Manager will serve as the concierge for Trillium's employee resource needs and work in coordination with other managers to create systems, policies and practices that promote a healthy workforce. They will ensure Trillium conforms to all federal, state and local employment laws and that progressive HR practices create an inclusive environment. They will work with managers to foster training and learning programs that advance soft skills and technical knowledge. They will provide thought partnership and counsel to managers. They will consult with employees and managers to address root causes of personnel issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. They will maintain strong relationships with the Finance Director and administrative staff in order to sustain the health of the organization. They will lead company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., annual review, equity work, organizational change) in the spirit of nonprofit resource management. There may be periodic other duties assigned.
