NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Auburn City Council at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2019, in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
Vacation Application No. V2-18
The City proposes to vacate the right-of-way at the location of 10th Street NE and east of Auburn Way North, within the City of Auburn, Washington, requesting that the same be vacated;. The right of way sought to be vacated is legally described as follows:
The north 30 feet of lots 38, 39 and 40, block 15, C.D. Hillman’s Auburndale Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 2, According to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, Page 92, Records of King County, Washington.
