The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking applications from individuals interested in serving as Auburn Area CONNECT Board Members.

CONNECT Board Members play a key role in helping to executive chamber goals and initiatives, while CONNECTING with other business professionals in the Auburn Area. This is a valuable and important volunteer position that the Chamber depends on to function.

CONNECT Board Member Responsibilities:

  • Representing the Chamber at events and in the community
  • Recruiting new members and sponsors
  • Attending board meetings
  • Voting on Chamber initiatives
  • Know the Chamber's mission
  • Provide insight and help to better the Chamber and its members
  • Participate in a Chamber Action Committee(s)

Chamber business members will have an opportunity to vote on new board members in November 2021. After the voting period has ended, applicants will be notified of the election outcome by the second week of December.
