Richard has been at Valley Cities since May 2020. Richard has over forty years of experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health, most of that in the administration of programs and facilities.
• Vicki Brinigar, Director, Recovery Place Seattle, SUDP, LMHC
Vicki has been in the field since 2010 and is a Substance Use Disorder Professional and a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in the state of Washington. She has been a Director of Inpatient since 2020 and has been an Approved Clinical Supervisor since 2018.
• Rose Baldridge, Director of SUD Services, NCAC II, SUDP
Rose has been in this field for 20+ years. She has worked in all facets of recovery from youth programs to inpatient to adult outpatient programs. She is trained in a variety of treatment models and will work with individuals to determine the approach that best fits their needs. Rose is committed to providing a safe and accepting environment that facilitates growth, insight, and change.
• Scott Stewart, Program Manager, SUDP
Scott has worked in nonprofit, community behavioral healthcare for over 14 years. He joined Valley Cities in 2019 as a Care Navigator in the MATCH Program. Less than a year later, he transitioned into a management role as the MATCH Program Manager. In 2023, he transitioned to Recovery Place Seattle as the inpatient Program Manager.
